Place: Hale Lake pavilion in Brazos Bend State Park. The park address is ¡°21901 FM 762, Needville, TX 77461¡±. It is approximately 28 miles south of Houston. Detail information about the park may be found at the website of http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/park/brazos/brazos.htm. The entrance fee is $3 for each adult or child over 13 years old. It is free for the children under 12.

Directions: The park may be reached by traveling south from Houston on State Highway 288 to Rosharon, then west on FM 1462 or by traveling approximately 20 miles southeast of Richmond on FM 762.

Activities:
1) BarBQ picnic. We will prepare fresh BBQ, drinks and some salads on site. Each adult please bring one dish enough for your family. We may heat the dish in microwave oven if necessary.
2) Hiking around lakes. The lake covered with Lotus is very beautiful. We will delight in an observation tower and platforms for wildlife observation / photography of more than 270 species of birds sighted; 21 species of reptiles and amphibians, including American alligator and 23 species of mammals including bobcat, white-tailed deer, raccoon, gray fox, and feral hog.
3) Card games. Let us relax together with our new and old friends.
4) Three legs race. Each child with his father or mother is a group. Good coordination will bring you fun and a gift.
5) Throw ball game. It is not as easy as you thought. You can try to do it if you don¡¯t believe. Of course, the strongest one will be awarded.
