We will held an important board meeting at Chinese Cafe (Nan Bei He 1)
Restaurant, address 9252-C Bellaire BLvd, Houston, TX 77036 phone
713-771-4330 at 6:30 pm on Friday, June 3, 2005. Please all board-members
try to be there. Please invite your "other loving half" (wife and husband)
to enjoy dinner which you don't need to cook.

The agenda will be:
1) Proposal of Annual Activity: we left three activities in Summer, Fall and
Winter. Please everyone bring one suggestion of fun activity.
2) Celebrating Fudan Cenenary ceremony:
a) I propose we held a Celebration party in early September. Please
every board membera to bring an idea.
b) Collecting new Fudan Ceremony stamp: we need to account how many sets
of stamps and first day Envelop. You can ask any Chinese Alumni member in
Houston. Chinese Post office only issue limit edition of these stamps. We
need to reserve immediately, relative office in Fudan is waiting for our
answer.

Coud Ms.Huang Wei Hong and Mr. Lu Guo Qing post this notice for all members?
Please invite any members to participate our meeting if they want. We
welcome and expect more input.
